Delete your Luna Online NexGen account

Send a request to delete your game account. After we check it, your account and all of its characters, items and Luna Coins are deleted and cannot be brought back.

• We delete the account within 30 days of the request.
• Payment records (top-up history) are kept as required for accounting; they are no longer linked to a playable account.
• Changed your mind? Contact us on our Discord or Facebook page before the account is deleted.
