Privacy Policy

Luna Online NexGen (the "Game") is run by Univ Devs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Game (PC, Android and iOS) and our websites collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your login ID, password and, if you give it when you register, your e-mail address.
• Game data: your characters, items, Luna Coins, progress, guild, party and friend lists, and records of in-game actions such as trades, item use and purchases with in-game currency.
• Chat and messages: chat messages, notes and other text you send in the Game, so they can reach other players and so we can handle reports of abuse.
• Connection and device information: your IP address, login and logout times, the app version and basic technical information needed to connect you to the game servers and to protect them (for example against cheating, hacking and account sharing).
• Top-up payments (website only): Luna Coins are bought on our website, not in the app. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we receive the order, the amount and your login ID, never your full card or wallet details.

The Game does not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera.

How we use it

• to create and run your account and let you play, chat and trade with other players;
• to deliver Luna Coins and items you buy or win;
• to keep the Game fair and safe: detecting cheating, duplication, abuse and unauthorised access;
• to answer your support requests and to send important notices about your account.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the Game (server hosting, our payment provider for website top-ups, and Google Play / Apple for app distribution), when the law requires it, or to protect players and the Game from fraud and abuse. Other players can see your character name, level, guild and the messages you send them.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and game data while your account exists. Logs used for security and fairness are kept for a limited time. Payment records may be kept longer where accounting or legal rules require it.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time: in the Android app (character select > Delete Account) or on our account deletion page. We delete the account, its characters, items and Luna Coins within 30 days of the request. Payment records may be kept as described above.

Security

We protect our servers and databases with access controls and encrypted connections where available. No system is perfectly secure: use a password you do not use anywhere else and never share it.

Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are announced in the Game or on our pages.
